Dear Ivy,
You are TWO MONTHS old today!!!
And you have already changed so much...let's see a lil' comparison...
I think you have gained both some chunk and some personality! You are adorable!
In the last month you have...
- Started sleeping 7-9 hours at night...one night you even slept 10 hours straight :)
- Found your hands.
- Started batting at things in front of you, in your bouncy chair and your play mat (you JUST started doing this).
- Smiling soooooooo much!! You recognize faces and smile at people when they talk. Very cute!
- Interacting with your brother and sister. They play with you and you get very excited!
- Cooing :)
You really are a happy baby. And an easy baby. I'm not sure if it's because you truly are easy and content most the time, or if it's because your mommy is more relaxed and confident in taking care of you. You sleep in your own crib, and have been for over a month. You are spacing out your feedings more and more during the day. Sometimes you go up to 5 hours during the day between feedings. At night, you are so awesome! Your bedtime is 7pm, and we have a routine of bath, massage, jammies, and nursing, and you are out like a light until the wee hours of the morning...usually you wake up to eat between 3am or 4am. Then up again for the day at 6:30 or 7am. I really could not be more proud of you for not being a night owl and letting me get my sleep!
Although we have a great routine going at night, days are a different story. We are so busy with the two other kids and always on the go, you are content to sleep on the move. And at home, you'll nap kinda randomly in your bouncer...all you need is a pacifier and a warm blanket, and you usually will doze off whenever you are tired. And you still sleep through EVERYTHING!!! You actually nap better in the middle of the living room, with all the chaos going on around you, than you do when I put you in a quiet room.
But Ivy, I do have one complaint...you poop. And when I say you poop, I mean you poop A LOT. We go through a couple outfits a day, girlfriend! But I'm happy to clean your cute lil' tush :) Love you!

Ivy is so pretty!! I love the comparisson photos (and her big smile)! So happy to hear she's sleeping well, eating well, pooping well :) and loving life (as well as her mama)!

First of all i'm upset that i've been out og the blogging world long enough for you to HAVE the baby AND for her to grow! Smh. Anyways darling, late congratulations!! She's soooo cute! And I love those bows. She sounds like a really sweet baby!
